The Legislative Centre has organised its professional services around three connected practices: Advisory, Research and Consulting. The structure reflects how complex public-policy mandates are actually delivered, with legal, policy, evidence and institutional questions often moving together.
Clients can enter through a specific requirement—such as legislative drafting, regulatory review, evaluation or institutional reform—without having to design the full engagement architecture in advance. TLC then assembles the relevant workstreams around the decision or outcome in view.
The service model is supported by TLC Academy, the Public Policy Platform and the Centre’s knowledge resources. Together, these capabilities help institutions move from analysis to usable instruments, stronger practice and sustained implementation.
